Common use of Basis of Agreement Clause in Contracts

Basis of Agreement. The Award Letter constitutes an offer by the Trust to purchase the Services subject to and in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Agreement. The offer comprised in the Award Letter shall be deemed to be accepted by the Contractor on receipt by the Trust of a copy of the Award Letter countersigned by the Contractor within 14 days of the date of the Award Letter.
