BASIS OF CHARGING. The Plant is hired to the Hirer subject to these Terms and Conditions and to the terms set out in the Hire Agreement. The Hirer agrees to pay the monthly rental and other charges which will commence from the time and at the rate(s) shown in the Hire Agreement and continue until the Plant is returned to or collected by the Owner and a receipt issued by the Owner.
