Basis of Claims. (1) The Provider may claim a payment from Te Whatu Ora if the Provider has provided the Services and Dispensed the Pharmaceuticals in accordance with: (a) the Pharmaceutical Schedule; (b) the Data Specification; (c) the Procedures Manual; (d) this Part D; and (e) any other requirements set out in each Service Schedule.
