Common use of Batch Price Clause in Contracts

Batch Price. The Service Fees associated with the Manufacture of a Batch of Product will take the form of a Batch Price and the applicable Batch Price will be set forth in the Statement of Work. Unless specifically indicated to the contrary in the applicable Statement of Work, the Batch Price will be exclusive of all Out-of-Pocket Costs incurred for the Manufacture of such Batch.
