Common use of Battery Energy Storage System Clause in Contracts

Battery Energy Storage System. The operating parameters of the Facility shall be as follows: (i) No more than [___]% of the ▇▇▇▇ energy capacity can be charged from the grid prior to the fifth anniversary of the Commercial Operations Date. Thereafter, 100% of the ▇▇▇▇ energy capacity can be charged from the grid.
