Battery Storage Borrowing Base Limit. If, as of any Available Borrowing Base Determination Date, the Eligible Projects that include battery storage exceed [***] of all Eligible Projects; the Borrower shall designate Projects including battery storage that would otherwise constitute Eligible Projects as non-Eligible Projects until the remaining Eligible Projects including battery storage represent a maximum of [***] of all Eligible Projects. For purposes of calculating the Available Borrowing Base as of such Available Borrowing Base Determination Date, such designated Projects shall not be Eligible Projects hereunder.
