BDS and Material Storage. Ology Bio will not be required to store quantities of Materials and/or BDS more than required to Produce one (1) Batch(es) of Product without the prior written consent of Ology Bio and Client’s agreement to reimburse Ology Bio for all costs incurred in connection with such storage at Ology Bio’s standard rates. Ology Bio will store Materials and/or BDS up to the Storage Period stated in Section 6.2.1 after Ology Bio’s release of the Product or termination of the Agreement and/or the Project Addendum.   • Personnel Equipment and Material Engineer shall furnish and maintain, at its own expense, quarters for the performance of all Engineering Services, and adequate and sufficient personnel and equipment to perform the Engineering Services as required. All employees of Engineer shall have such knowledge and experience as will enable them to perform the duties assigned to them. Any employee of Engineer who, in the reasonable opinion of County, is incompetent or whose conduct becomes detrimental to the Engineering Services shall immediately be removed from association with the Project when so instructed by County. Engineer certifies that it presently has adequate qualified personnel in its employment for performance of the Engineering Services required under this Contract, or will obtain such personnel from sources other than County. Engineer may not change the Project Manager without prior written consent of County.

  • Materials and Equipment ‌ Material means property that may be consumed or expended during performance, component parts of a higher assembly, or items that lose their individual identity through incorporation into an end item. Equipment means a tangible item that is functionally complete for its intended purpose, durable, nonexpendable, and needed for performance. Materials and Equipment shall be priced in accordance with the terms of the task order award, contract type, and applicable FAR and agency-specific regulatory supplements. Unless otherwise directed by task order terms and conditions, the Contractor may apply indirect costs to materials and equipment consistent with the Contractor’s usual accounting practices.

  • Time and Materials If this contract is designated as a Time and Materials contract, invoicing and payment shall be as follows: (a) Consultant shall submit invoices, not more often than once a month during the term of this agreement, based on the cost for work performed in accordance with the Rate Schedule in the Scope of Work and authorized reimbursable expenses incurred prior to the invoice date. Invoices shall contain the following information: (i) Serial identifications of bills, i.e., ▇▇▇▇ No. 1; (ii) The beginning and ending dates of the billing period; (iii) A summary containing the total contract amount, the amount of prior ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, the total due this period, percentage of work completed, the remaining balance available for all remaining billing periods, and a brief description of work completed during the billing period. (b) City shall make monthly payments, based on such invoices, for satisfactory progress in completion of the Scope of Work, and for authorized reimbursable expenses incurred.

  • Materials and Supplies The cost of materials and supplies is allowable. Purchases should be charged at their actual prices after deducting all cash discounts, trade discounts, rebates, and allowances received. Withdrawals from general stores or stockrooms should be charged at cost under any recognized method of pricing, consistently applied. Incoming transportation charges are a proper part of materials and supply costs.

  • Course Materials The adoption of any course materials, print or electronic, after a Course Agreement is signed will require an agreed and signed addendum.
