Common use of Bearer Notes Clause in Contracts

Bearer Notes. Notices to Bearer Noteholders will be valid if published in a daily newspaper of general circulation in London and (in the case of Listed Notes) any other newspaper in which publication is required by the Stock Exchange’s rules.
