Before commencing the Work herein. Contractor shall give written notice to District of the name of its project manager and construction superintendent. Neither the Contractor’s project manager nor construction superintendent shall be changed except with prior written notice to District, unless the Contractor’s project manager and/or construction superintendent proves to be unsatisfactory to Contractor, District, any of the District's employees, agents, the Construction Manager, or the Architect, in which case, Contractor shall notify District in writing or if such project manager or construction superintendent are no longer employed by Contractor. The Contractor’s project manager and construction superintendent shall each represent Contractor, and all directions given to Contractor’s project manager and/or construction superintendent shall be as binding as if given to Contractor.

  • Continuing the Work The Contractor shall carry on the Work and adhere to the progress schedule during all disputes, disagreements or alternative resolution processes with the Owner. The Contractor shall not delay or postpone any Work because of the pending resolution of any disputes, disagreements or processes, except as the Owner and the Contractor may agree in writing.

  • During the Term As compensation for services hereunder rendered during the Term hereof, Executive shall receive a base salary (“Base Salary”) of Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000) per year payable in equal installments in accordance with the Company’s payroll procedure for its salaried executives. Salary payments and other payments under this Agreement shall be subject to withholding of taxes and other appropriate and customary amounts. Executive may receive increases in his Base Salary from time to time, based upon his performance, subject to approval of the Company.

  • INITIAL HERE The Student Staff Agreement is a document that helps to determine the nature of the relationship between student staff and the Office of Residential Education. Should new information become available, the Office of Residential Education reserves the right to update the terms of this document and inform all involved parties. The signature below indicates that the student staff member has read, understands, and agrees to the terms of this agreement with the Office of Residential Education & Dining Services.
