Before Signing this Contract. A. Carefully read the entire Terms and Conditions and Contract Addendum (together, the “Housing Contract”) to understand what you are signing. B. Review your financial resources to make sure you have the appropriate funding. C. No release from the contract obligation will be given after the Housing Contract is signed and the applicable Housing Contract cancellation deadline has passed, except as provided in this Housing Contract.
