Common use of Beginning August Clause in Contracts

Beginning August. 1, 2016, the Employer shall contribute to a Pension Fund the sum of sixty-eight dollars and forty cents ($68.40) per day for each day worked, to a maximum of five (5) days per week or three hundred forty-two dollars ($342.00).

Beginning August. 1, 20162008, the Employer shall contribute to a Pension Fund the sum of sixtyfifty-eight seven dollars and forty cents ($68.4057.40) per day for each day worked, to a maximum of five (5) days per week or three two hundred fortyeight-two seven dollars ($342.00287.00).
