BEHAVIOR AND CONDUCT. The student is responsible for knowing and observing College policies, rules and regulations and procedures as set forth in the SUNY ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Student Handbook, The Student Code of Conduct and the Residence Hall Guidebook. The student is also responsible for observing all applicable federal, state and local regulations as in its judgment may be necessary for the safety, care, and cleanliness of the premises and for the preservation of order. The student agrees to abide by all additional rules and regulations that are adopted.
