Common use of Behavior Interventions Clause in Contracts

Behavior Interventions. Treatment Interventions for juveniles with mental health diagnoses or sexual behavior treatment needs that are designed to increase socially-adaptive behaviors and to decrease maladaptive behaviors. Substance abuse treatment is not in and of itself considered a behavior intervention under this definition, even though it may be provided as secondary treatment to mental health or sexual behavior treatment.
