BEHAVIOR POLICY. Better Beach Rentals reserves the right to terminate the lease, at any time, of a Better Beach Rental as the result of tenant abuse of staff or others. Termination of lease rights does not include a refund of rental monies unless the home is re-rented. Better Beach rentals reserves the right of entry into the rental unit, if at anytime the rental manager feels the home may be in danger of abuse by the tenant. Noise/music extended past the property line is not acceptable.
