Behind The Meter Generation. UMPA or UMPA’s existing member generation behind a metered Point of Delivery for any single unit which equals or exceeds 10 MW, and all units wherever the aggregate nameplate capacity units behind a single Point of Delivery (including hydro units) equals or exceeds 25 MW. Notwithstanding the foregoing, new generation aggregating 5 MWs or less behind a POD that has no existing Behind-the-Meter Generation shall not be included as Behind-the-Meter Generation until the aggregate of such generation exceeds 5 MWs.
