Common use of Beneficial Title Clause in Contracts

Beneficial Title. It will take all necessary action to vest beneficial title to the Receivables, the Related Security and the Collections irrevocably in the Buyer, free and clear of any Adverse Claims other than Adverse Claims in favour of the Buyer (and its assigns) in all appropriate jurisdictions to perfect the Buyer’s beneficial title in such Receivables, Related Security and Collections and such other action to perfect, protect or more fully evidence such interest of the Buyer therein as the Buyer (or its assigns) may reasonably request).
