In the event an employee dies before retirement and has completed twenty (20) years of continuous service with the School District, immediately preceding the date of the employee’s death, or in the event the employee dies before full benefits are paid, the deferred compensation matching benefit as determined in this Article shall be paid to the estate of the deceased.
