Common use of Benefit of Secured Party Clause in Contracts

Benefit of Secured Party. All security interests granted or contemplated hereby shall be for the benefit of Secured Party, and all proceeds or payments realized from the Pledged Collateral in accordance herewith shall be applied to those obligations owed to Secured Party under or in connection with the terms of the LSA, Joinder or other Loan Documents entered into in connection therewith.
