Benefit of the Guarantee. This Guarantee will enure to the benefit of the Lender and its successors and assigns and shall be binding upon the Guarantor and its successors and permitted assigns, provided that the Guarantor may not assign its obligations hereunder without the prior written consent of the Lender.
