In addition, such individuals shall receive any general wage adjustment(s) provided for the class for which they are training or serving an apprenticeship.

  • Benefits and Vacation The Executive shall be eligible to participate in such insurance programs (health, disability or life) or such other health, dental, retirement or similar employee benefits programs as the Board may approve, on a basis comparable to that available to other officers and executive employees of the Company. The Executive shall be entitled to a minimum of three (3) weeks of paid vacation per year. Vacation time may be accumulated for up to one year beyond the year for which it is accrued and may be used any time during such year. Any vacation time not used during such additional year shall be forfeited. The value of any accrued but unused and unforfeited vacation time shall be paid in cash to the Executive upon termination of Executive's employment for any reason.

  • Compensation and Payment Terms (a) RK’s fees for the Services shall be calculated at the rate(s) set forth in Exhibit “A” attached hereto. The Maximum Compensation to RK for the Services performed under this Agreement is Two Hundred Thirty Thousand Two Hundred Seventy Six and 00/100 Dollars ($230,276.00). In no event shall the amount paid by County to RK under this Agreement exceed said Maximum Compensation without an approved change order. County shall review such invoices and approve them within 30 calendar days with such modifications as are consistent with this Agreement and forward same to the Auditor for processing.   • Fringe Benefits and Perquisites During the Employment Term, the Executive shall be entitled to fringe benefits and perquisites consistent with those provided to similarly situated executives of the Company.
