Benefits of Agreement; Assignment. All the terms and provisions of this Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective successors and permitted assigns. Except as expressly provided herein, this Agreement shall not confer any rights or remedies upon any individual or entity other than the foregoing. This Agreement may not be assigned, in whole or in part, by any party, whether by operation of law or otherwise, without the consent of the other parties hereto, provided, that any such party may assign its right to receive a payment entitled to be received by such party pursuant to this Agreement as if such assignee were an original signatory to this Agreement.
