Common use of Benefits to Continue Clause in Contracts

Benefits to Continue. Any Employee in receipt of any of the foregoing benefit(s) at the time of the ratification of this collective agreement, shall, continue to receive that benefit regardless of the entitlement as set out in 21.03 above.
