Best Knowledge. As used in this Agreement "to the best of each Seller's knowledge" "to the knowledge of Sellers", or words of similar import shall mean actual knowledge possessed by an executive officer of Seller and "to the best of Buyer's knowledge", "to the best of Parent's knowledge" or "to Buyer's knowledge" or words of similar import shall mean actual knowledge possessed by an executive officer of Parent or Buyer.
