Beta Products/Services Sample Clauses

The Beta Products/Services clause defines the terms under which a company may provide access to products or services that are still in development or testing phases, known as "beta" versions. Typically, this clause clarifies that such offerings may be incomplete, subject to change, or contain bugs, and may limit the provider's liability or support obligations for these beta offerings. By setting these expectations, the clause allows companies to gather user feedback and test new features in real-world conditions while managing user expectations and reducing legal risk.
