Bidder has considered the information known to Bidder; information commonly known to contractors doing business in the locality of the buildings; information and observations obtained from visits to the buildings; and the Bidding Documents with respect to the effect of such information, observations, and documents on (1) the cost, progress, and performance of the Work; (2) the means, methods, techniques, sequences, and procedures of construction to be employed by Bidder, including applying the specific means, methods, techniques, sequences, and procedures of construction expressly required by the Bidding Documents; and (3) Bidder’s safety precautions and programs. 2. Bidder does not consider that further examinations, investigations, explorations, tests, studies, or data are necessary for the determination of this Bid for performance of the Work at the price(s) bid and within the times required, and in accordance with the other terms and conditions of the Bidding Documents. 3. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ is aware of the general nature of work to be performed by Owner and others at that relates to the Work as indicated in the Bidding Documents. 4. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ has correlated the information known to Bidder, information and observations from visits to the buildings, reports and drawings identified in the Bidding Documents, and all examinations, investigations, explorations, tests, studies, and data with the Bidding Documents. 5. Bidder has given Owner written notice of all conflicts, errors, ambiguities, or discrepancies that ▇▇▇▇▇▇ has discovered in the Bidding Documents, and the written resolution thereof by Owner is acceptable to Bidder. 6. Bidder has given Owner Engineer written notice of all conflicts, errors, ambiguities, or discrepancies that ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Bidder has discovered in the Bidding Documents, and confirms that the written resolution thereof by Owner Engineer is acceptable to Bidder. 6. H. The Bidding Documents are generally sufficient to indicate and convey understanding of all terms and conditions for the performance and furnishing of the Work for which Work. I. The submission of this Bid is submitted. 7. Bidderconstitutes an incontrovertible representation by Bidder that ▇▇▇▇▇▇ has complied with every requirement of this Article, and that without exception the Bid and all associated subcontractors, will submit written evidence of its authority to do business prices in the state where Bid are premised upon performing and furnishing the Project is located not later than Work required by the date of its execution of AgreementBidding Documents.

I. The Bidding Documents are generally sufficient to indicate and convey understanding of all terms and conditions for the performance of the Work for which this Bid is submitted. 7▇. Bidder has considered acknowledges that such reports and drawings are not Contract Documents and may not be complete for Bidder's purposes. Bidder acknowledges that Owner and Engineer do not assume responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of information known to Bidder; information commonly known to contractors doing business and data shown or indicated in the locality of the buildings; information and observations obtained from visits to the buildings; and the Bidding Bid Documents with respect to Underground Facilities at or contiguous to the effect of Site. ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ has obtained and carefully studied (or assumes responsibility for having done so) all such informationadditional or supplementary examinations, observationsinvestigations, explorations, tests, studies, and documents on data concerning conditions (1surface, subsurface, and Underground Facilities) at or contiguous to the Site or otherwise which may affect cost, progress, and performance performance, or furnishing of the Work; (2) Work or which relate to any aspect of the means, methods, techniques, sequences, and procedures of construction to be employed by Bidder, including applying the specific means, methods, techniques, sequences, Bidder and procedures of construction expressly required by the Bidding Documents; and (3) Bidder’s safety precautions and programsprograms incident thereto. 2▇. Bidder ▇▇▇▇▇▇ does not consider that further any additional examinations, investigations, explorations, tests, studies, or data are necessary for the determination of this Bid for performance performing and furnishing of the Work at the price(s) bid and within the times required, and in accordance with the times, price, and other terms and conditions of the Bidding Contract Documents. 3▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ is aware of the general nature of work Work to be performed by Owner and others at the Site that relates to the Work for which this Bid is submitted as indicated in the Bidding Contract Documents. 4. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ H. Bidder has correlated the information known to Bidder, information and observations obtained from visits to the buildingsSite, reports reports, and drawings identified in the Bidding Contract Documents, and all additional examinations, investigations, explorations, tests, studies, and data with the Bidding Contract Documents. 5. The Bidding Contract Documents are generally sufficient to indicate and convey understanding of all terms and conditions for the performance of performing and furnishing the Work for which this Bid is submitted. 7. Bidder, K. This Bid is genuine and all associated subcontractors, will submit written evidence of its authority to do business not made in the state where interest of or on behalf of any undisclosed person, firm, or corporation and is not submitted in conformity with any agreement or rules of any group, association, organization, or corporation; Bidder has not directly or indirectly induced or solicited any other Bidder to submit a false or sham Bid; Bidder has not solicited or induced any person, firm, or a corporation to refrain from bidding; and Bidder has not sought by collusion to obtain for itself any advantage over any other Bidder or over Owner. L. Bidder represents that it can meet insurance requirements set forth in the Project is located not later than General Conditions and that Bidder will provide the date required certificate of its execution of insurance or other evidence thereof, when Owner delivers the executed Agreement. 3.02 ▇▇▇▇▇▇ proposes and agrees, if this Bid is accepted, to comply with the provisions regarding Equal Employment Opportunity Act.

Bidder has considered the information known to Bidder; information commonly known to contractors doing business in the locality of the buildingsSite; information and observations obtained from visits to the buildingsSite; the Bidding Documents; and the Site-related reports and drawings identified in the Bidding Documents Documents, with respect to the effect of such information, observations, and documents on (1) the cost, progress, and performance of the Work; (2) the means, methods, techniques, sequences, and procedures of construction to be employed by Bidder, including applying the specific means, methods, techniques, sequences, and procedures of construction expressly required by the Bidding Documents; and (3) Bidder’s safety precautions and programs. 2. Based on the information and observations referred to in Paragraph 3.01.E above, Bidder does not consider that further examinations, investigations, explorations, tests, studies, or data are necessary for the determination of this Bid for performance of the Work at the price(s) bid and within the times required, and in accordance with the other terms and conditions of the Bidding Documents. 3▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ is aware of the general nature of work to be performed by Owner and others at the Site that relates to the Work as indicated in the Bidding Documents. 4▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ has correlated the information known to Bidder, information and observations from visits to the buildings, reports and drawings identified in the Bidding Documents, and all examinations, investigations, explorations, tests, studies, and data with the Bidding Documents. 5. Bidder has given Owner Engineer written notice of all conflicts, errors, ambiguities, or discrepancies that ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Bidder has discovered in the Bidding Documents, and the written resolution thereof by Owner Engineer is acceptable to Bidder. 61. The Bidding Documents are generally sufficient to indicate and convey understanding of all terms and conditions for the performance of the Work for which this Bid is submitted. 7. Bidder, and all associated subcontractors, will submit written evidence of its authority to do business in the state where the Project is located not later than the date of its execution of Agreement.

Where this Bid Form contains the provision for a bid based on a lump sum price, the Bidder shall be responsible for having prepared its own estimate of the quantities necessary for the satisfactory completion of the Work specified in these Contract Documents and all associated subcontractors, will submit written evidence for having based the lump sum price bid on its estimate of its authority to do business in the state where the Project is located not later than the date of its execution of Agreementquantities.

The submission of this Bid is submitted. 7. Bidder, constitutes an incontrovertible representation by Bidder that without exception the Bid and all associated subcontractors, will submit written evidence of its authority to do business prices in the state where Bid are premised upon performing and furnishing the Project is located not later than Work required by the date of its execution of AgreementBidding Documents.
