Bilingual and ESL. a. Teachers who possess a current Bilingual and/or ESL endorsement shall receive a differential of $500.00 effective the beginning of the school year. b. In addition to receiving a differential of $500.00 for a current Bilingual and/or ESL endorsement, teachers who provide Bilingual and/or ESL services at the school shall receive a differential according to the compensation ladder based on endorsements and utilization.
