Common use of Bill of Lading Clause in Contracts

Bill of Lading. Except in FOB or EXW sales, ▇▇▇▇▇ must obtain a Bill of Lading which has been validly issued by the vessel in which the Products are transported, except in the case of the direct delivery of the fishing vessel at the port designated by the Purchaser. The Bills of Lading issued must state as the consignee the Purchaser or must be issued, with prior express agreement of ▇▇▇▇▇, in the name of the Purchaser, with the notify address as designated by the Purchaser.
