Bill to Number. 7.1.2 AT&T will perform duplicate record checks on EODUF records processed to ODUF. Any duplicate messages detected will be deleted and not sent to Syniverse. 7.1.3 In the event that Syniverse detects a duplicate on EODUF they receive from AT&T, Syniverse will drop the duplicate message and will not return the duplicate to AT&T.
