Common use of Billed Accounts Receivable Clause in Contracts

Billed Accounts Receivable. With respect to those Accounts Receivable that have been coded and billed prior to the Effective Time (“Billed Accounts Receivable”), PPS shall continue the collection of such Accounts Receivable after the Effective Time pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
