Common use of Billed Accounts Receivable Clause in Contracts

Billed Accounts Receivable. With respect to those Accounts Receivable that have been coded and billed prior to the date of this Agreement (“Billed Accounts Receivable”), PASI shall continue the collection of such Accounts Receivable pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
