Billing Sample Clauses

The Billing clause defines the procedures and terms under which payments are invoiced and collected for goods or services provided under the agreement. It typically outlines the frequency of invoices, acceptable payment methods, due dates, and any applicable late fees or penalties for delayed payments. By establishing clear expectations for both parties regarding financial transactions, this clause helps prevent disputes over payment timing and amounts, ensuring smooth and predictable cash flow management.
