Common use of Billing and Collections Clause in Contracts

Billing and Collections. To ▇▇▇▇ and receive (“Receipts”) all revenue earned by and due to City, in connection with City’s provision of inspection and/or permit services provided/rendered at business locations throughout the City’s service area, and to receive all Receipts on City’s behalf and to ▇▇▇ for and give satisfaction for monies due on account and to withdraw any claims, suits, or proceedings pertaining to or arising out of Company’s or City’s right to collect such amounts; and
