Billing and Payment; Disputed Amounts. 14.2.1 As provided in Appendix B, MATC shall invoice USCC on a monthly basis. USCC shall pay any undisputed amounts, in immediately available U.S. funds, within thirty (30) days from the receipt of the invoice.
