BILLING AND PAYMENTS/DISPUTED AMOUNTS. 14.1. Except as provided elsewhere in this Agreement and, where applicable, in conformance with Multiple Exchange Carrier Access Billing (MECAB) guidelines and Multiple Exchange Carriers Ordering and Design Guidelines for Access Services-Industry Support Interface (MECOD), CenturyLink QCC and CenturyLink agree to exchange all information to accurately, reliably, and properly order and bill for features, functions and services provided under this Agreement.
