BILLING FOR LOCAL SERVICE. 5.10.1. NEVADA shall b▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ for Local Service provided by NEVADA to CLEC pursuant to the terms of this Attachment, and in accordance with the terms and conditions for Connectivity Billing and Recording in Attachment 13. 5.10.2. NEVADA shall recognize CLEC as the customer of record for all Resold Local Service and will send all notices, bills and other pertinent information directly to CLEC unless CLEC specifically requests otherwise.
