The Residual Interconnection Charge (RIC), if any, will be billed by the Party providing the End Office function. 6.9.4 The Parties will maintain provisions in their respective federal and state access tariffs, or provisions within the National Exchange Carrier Association (NECA) Tariff No. 4, or any successor tariff, sufficient to reflect this MPB arrangement, including MPB percentages. 6.9.5 As detailed in the MECAB document, the Parties will exchange all information necessary to accurately, reliably and promptly bill third parties for Switched Access Services traffic jointly handled by the Parties via the MPB arrangement, when the Parties do not have all detailed Recordings for billing.
