Billing Limitations. a. CACWA shall pay the Sub-Contractor only for authorized services provided in accordance with this Contract. b. CACWA will not pay any claims for payment for services provided after the end date of this Contract nor for claims submitted more than 15 days after the end date of the Contract. c. The Sub-Contractor shall not bill, and CACWA shall not pay, for services performed under this Contract, if the Sub-Contractor has charged or will charge an agency of the state of Washington or any other party for the same services.
