Common use of Billing Limitations Clause in Contracts

Billing Limitations. a. The Authority shall pay the Contractor only for authorized services provided in accordance with this Interagency Agreement. b. The Authority shall not pay any claims for payment for services submitted more than twelve (12) months after the calendar month in which the services were performed. The Authority within the Special Terms and Conditions of this Interagency Agreement may reduce length of time following the provision of services in which the Contractor may submit claims for payment. c.
