Billing Server. T2 Entertainment shall be responsible for authenticating and billing the Subscribers. In connection with such responsibilities, T2 Entertainment shall set up and maintain the Billing Server to capture and store billing information in the Billing Database and to ▇▇▇▇ each Subscriber for all charges arising from such Subscriber's use of the Localized Game. T2 Entertainment will provide JCE with a remote access tool that enables JCE to access to the Billing Server at any time as desired by JCE. JCE agrees that it shall not modify or duplicate any of the billing information in the Billing Database in any way.
