Common use of Billing Statement Clause in Contracts

Billing Statement. On or before the last business day of December of each year, the WGFP Enterprise shall render a billing statement to Superior for C&E required to be paid in the following year under this Contract. The billing statement shall be based upon actual C&E incurred by the WGFP Enterprise during the current Water Year and planned C&E for the upcoming Water Year. Any credit from the previous Water Year or any additional C&E from the previous Water Year shall be included in the billing statement rendered. Each billing statement shall be accompanied by reasonable supporting documentation showing the basis and derivation of C&E shown in the billing statement. After receipt of the billing statement, Superior shall pay the net C&E charges shown on the billing statement of estimated C&E on or before the last business day of January of the succeeding calendar year.
