Common use of Billing Statements Clause in Contracts

Billing Statements. By no later than ten (10) calendar days after CCP receives an invoice from Project Developer for the prior Month of each Contract Year pursuant to Section 8.1 of the ESSA, CCP shall issue to each Project Participant a copy of the invoice and a “Billing Statement,” which specifies such Project Participant’s Monthly Costs, itemized by each part of such Monthly Cost. The amount of Monthly Costs attributable to a Project Participant, and specified in such Billing Statement, shall be the “Invoice Amount.”‌
