Binder. 23.01 The Employer agrees to provide a binder, on Employer premises, in areas accessible to employees for the purpose of posting meeting notices and official Union information. Union notices will be signed and posted only by Officers of the Union and will be in keeping with the spirit and intent of this Agreement and duly signed by the Employer.
