Binding Agreement; Benefit. Subject to Section 24 below, the provisions of this Agreement will be binding upon, and will inure to the benefit of, the respective heirs, legal representatives, successors and assigns of the parties. The Executive acknowledges and agrees that each Affiliate of the Company shall be an intended third party beneficiary of this Agreement.
