Binding Effect; Benefits. This Agreement shall inure to the benefit of and shall be binding upon you and the Company and our respective heirs, legal representatives, successors and assigns. Without limitation of the foregoing, this Agreement shall be binding upon all successors and assigns of the Company, whether by merger, stock purchase or asset acquisition, and any such successor shall assume all obligations of the Company hereunder.
