Common use of Binding Effect; Choice of Law Clause in Contracts

Binding Effect; Choice of Law. Subject to any provisions hereof restricting assignment or subletting by Lessee and subject to the provisions of paragraph 17, this Lease shall bind the parties, their personal representatives, successors and assigns. This Lease shall be governed by the laws of the State where the Industrial Center is located and any litigation concerning this Lease between the parties hereto shall be initiated in the county in which the Industrial Center is located.
