Binding Effect of COA Engagement Contracts. All COA Engagement Contracts signed pursuant to this Agreement are binding upon not only the signers on the face thereof, but upon any and all corporations, co- partnerships, enterprises, and/or groups which said signers or each of them control, and are hereby agreed to be adopted as their COA Engagement Contracts by each of them.
