Common use of Binding Effect of Decisions Clause in Contracts

Binding Effect of Decisions. Any decision or action of the Plan Administrator with Floridian Bank Salary Continuation Agreement respect to any question arising out of or in connection with the administration, interpretation or application of this Agreement and the rules and regulations promulgated hereunder shall be final and conclusive and binding upon all persons having any interest in this Agreement.
