Common use of Binding Effect of Resolutions Clause in Contracts

Binding Effect of Resolutions. Every resolution passed in accordance with the provisions of this Article 13 at a meeting of Holders shall be binding upon all the Holders, whether present at or absent from such meeting, and every instrument in writing signed by Holders in accordance with Section 13.12 shall be binding upon all the Holders, whether signatories thereto or not, and each and every Holder and the Trustee (subject to the provisions for its indemnity herein contained) shall, subject to applicable law, be bound to give effect accordingly to every such resolution and instrument in writing.

Binding Effect of Resolutions. Every resolution passed in accordance with the provisions of this Article 13 15 at a meeting of Holders shall be binding upon all the Holders, whether present at or absent from such meeting, and every instrument in writing signed by Holders in accordance with Section 13.12 15.2 shall be binding upon all the Holders, whether signatories thereto or not, and each and every Holder and the Trustee (subject to the provisions for its indemnity remuneration, indemnification and protection herein contained) shall, subject to applicable law, shall be bound to give effect accordingly to every such resolution and instrument in writing.

Every resolution passed in accordance with the provisions of this Article 13 at a meeting of Holders shall be binding upon all the Holders, whether present at or absent from the meeting, if any, at which such meetingresolution was approved, and every instrument in writing signed by Holders in accordance with Section 13.12 11.16 shall be binding upon all the Holders, whether signatories thereto or not, and each and every Holder and the Trustee (subject to the provisions for its indemnity herein contained) shall, subject to applicable law, shall be bound to give effect accordingly to every such resolution and instrument in writing.

Every resolution passed in accordance with the provisions of this Article 13 XI at a meeting of Holders shall be binding upon all the Holders, whether present at or absent from such meeting, and every instrument in writing signed by Holders in accordance with Section 13.12 shall be binding upon all the Holders, whether signatories thereto or not, and each and every Holder and the Trustee (subject to the provisions for its indemnity remuneration, indemnification and protection herein contained) shall, subject to applicable law, shall be bound to give effect accordingly to every such resolution and instrument in writingresolution.

Every resolution and every Extraordinary Resolution passed in accordance with the provisions of this Article 13 9 at a meeting of Holders shall be binding upon all the Holders, whether present at or absent from such meeting, and every instrument in writing signed by Holders in accordance with Section 13.12 9.15 shall be binding upon all the Holders, whether signatories thereto or not, and each and every Holder and the Trustee (subject to the provisions for its indemnity herein contained) shall, subject to applicable law, shall be bound to give effect accordingly to every such resolution resolution, Extraordinary Resolution and instrument in writing.

Binding Effect of Resolutions. Every resolution and every Extraordinary Resolution passed in accordance with the provisions of this Article 13 at a meeting of Holders shall be binding upon all the Holders, whether present at or absent from such meeting, and every instrument in writing signed by Holders in accordance with Section 13.12 7.14 shall be binding upon all the Holders, whether signatories thereto or not, and each and every Holder and the Trustee Rights Agent (subject to the provisions for its indemnity herein containedin this Indenture) shall, subject to applicable law, shall be bound to give effect accordingly to every such resolution resolution, Extraordinary Resolution and instrument in writing.
