Common use of Binding Effect of Resolutions Clause in Contracts

Binding Effect of Resolutions. Every resolution passed in accordance with the provisions of this Section 11 at a meeting of Noteholders shall be binding upon all the Noteholders, whether present at or absent from such meeting, and every instrument in writing signed by Noteholders in accordance with Section 11.16 shall be binding upon all the Noteholders, whether signatories thereto or not, and each and every Noteholder and the Trustee (subject to the provisions for its remuneration, indemnification and protection herein contained) shall be bound to give effect accordingly to every such resolution and instrument in writing.

Binding Effect of Resolutions. Every resolution and every Extraordinary Resolution passed in accordance with the provisions of this Section 11 Article 7 at a meeting of Noteholders Receiptholders shall be binding upon all the NoteholdersReceiptholders, whether present at or absent from such meeting, and every instrument in writing signed by Noteholders Receiptholders in accordance with Section 11.16 7.14 shall be binding upon all the NoteholdersReceiptholders, whether signatories thereto or not, and each and every Noteholder Receiptholder and the Trustee Escrow Agent (subject to the provisions for its remuneration, indemnification and protection indemnity herein contained) shall be bound to give effect accordingly to every such resolution and instrument in writing.

Every resolution and every Extraordinary Resolution passed in accordance with the provisions of this Section 11 Article 9 at a meeting of Noteholders Holders shall be binding upon all the Noteholdersholders, whether present at or absent from such meeting, and every instrument in writing signed by Noteholders the Holders in accordance with Section 11.16 shall be binding upon all the Noteholders, whether signatories thereto or not, and each and every Noteholder and the Trustee (subject to the provisions for its remuneration, indemnification and protection herein contained) shall be bound to give effect accordingly to every such resolution and instrument in writing.with

Every Subject to the provisions of Section 9.17, every resolution and every extraordinary resolution passed in accordance with the provisions of this Section 11 Article at a meeting of Noteholders Debentureholders shall be binding upon all the NoteholdersDebentureholders, whether present at or absent from such meeting, and every instrument in writing signed by Noteholders Debentureholders in accordance with Section 11.16 9.15 shall be binding upon all the NoteholdersDebentureholders, whether signatories thereto or not, and each and every Noteholder Debentureholder and the Trustee (subject to the provisions for its remuneration, indemnification and protection herein contained) shall be bound to give effect accordingly to every such resolution and instrument in writing.the
