Common use of Binding Effect; Successors and Assigns; Survival Clause in Contracts

Binding Effect; Successors and Assigns; Survival. The terms and provisions of this Lease, and the respective rights and obligations hereunder of Lessor, Lessee, Agent, Arranger and the Participants shall be binding upon them and their respective successors, legal representatives and assigns (including, in the case of Lessor, any Person to whom Lessor may transfer the Leased Property or any interest therein in accordance with the provisions of the Operative Documents), and inure to their benefit and the benefit of their respective permitted successors, legal representatives and assigns.
